Hello Alan, I still think the "Pantograph" cars were some of the most handsome trams ever built. Just one question, they used to have trolley ropes at one time. Would you know when they disappeared? Best regards, David
ReplyDeleteHello David, 167 normally does have a trolley rope, it's just that during its stay in its home town it has been fitted with temporary brackets to hold a Blackpool style bamboo pole. The use of trolley ropes doesn't fit in with Blackpool's operational procedures. Regards, Alan.
